EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT,
The following is to request a meeting with you to discuss the sales report for the company. In the last three months we have lost 5% of our clients and, we have not received any new accounts at the moment. This can be an issue that with time and effort can be resolved. I would like to give you some ideas that will help to increase our sales and maintain our clients.
Since we moved to this office some of the clients have complain about our fees. They ask for special discounts on their monthly service depending of what type of company they have. For the new clients they just request an estimated quote and never come back.

Financial Accounting Memo

The first part of your note should say exactly what you demand. In other words, the note brings more cash to the client’s pocket. A persuasive memo usually requires some drafts before it is good enough to be distributed.
If you are sending your note by email, place the subject of the note in the subject line of the email header. Before you start writing your note, think about the level of education and experience of the people you are communicating with. In case the note is urgent, it may be common practice in your office to write the word Urgent ” at the top of the heading. A very clear memo header is an important component of any memo, as it prepares the reader for what is to come.
Although a note is an important office communication tool, it is important to use it judiciously. The form in which a note is formatted depends on the company, the function of the note and the recipients of the note. A well written note can help you communicate efficiently and achieve effects. Although most memos are one page or less, do not forget to incorporate a summary paragraph at the end of the note if it is more than 1 page.
The notes are supposed to be small reminders. They are often sent to many people at the same time and are not meant to be personalized, as is a business letter. A note is a kind of written business communication sent in one office or from one office to another. Although it is informal, it is still important to convey a clear point and a recommendation. Informal memos can be used to report something that is not of great importance, or to present information to some people or in a less formal environment. Writing an official memo is a powerful approach to communicating within a provider. It may require a complete signature and a date line at the end of the document.
A note was made to share information and request assistance, so you must use an active voice. It is a way to communicate with others in your office. While memos can be formatted in a variety of templates, it is important to incorporate the critical sections of a note so that the note acts as an effective communication tool. Before you can write a note, you need all the information relevant to the problem in addition to the people involved. Internal memoranda can also be used to request information, approvals, contributions or help. A well-written dismissal note can help your organization avoid legal problems and complications that may arise during the dismissal approach.
The notes will need to convey data in a concise and purposeful manner. You should send a note by email to everyone at the same time, but you may want to copy blindly to several of the recipients. Your note should start with a problem statement. Occasionally, a debit or credit note is beneficial to your own internal operations. The notes should consist of instructions for employees to provide comments to ensure that they understand the directives. The company’s note is a short document that addresses a particular group of people and focuses on a particular purpose.
